Proven Fitness was born from the life experiences of its founder, Andrew Noll, who began his career as a personal trainer in 2011.
After starting in the fitness industry while working in finance at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Andrew quickly realized his true passion was helping people transform their lives through health and fitness.
In 2014, he left the corporate world and went on to co-found and operate three Anytime Fitness locations, where he helped thousands of clients improve their health and build confidence through structured coaching programs.
But the real inspiration behind Proven Fitness came during one of the most difficult periods of his life.
In 2019, after a failed business venture, Andrew found himself living out of his car during the winter in Chicago. During those months of hardship, he immersed himself in personal development, reflection, and rebuilding his life physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What he discovered during that time changed everything.
He realized that true transformation isn’t just physical — it starts internally with discipline, habits, and mindset.
From that realization, the Proven Fitness model was born.
Andrew built Proven Fitness to become more than a gym — it is a transformation platform designed to help people rebuild their lives from the inside out.
Today, Andrew and his team have helped thousands of men and women improve their strength, confidence, health, and overall quality of life.
Coach Billy is a Retired Marine with 4 children and his wife, Tara. He is a master trainer for ISSA while maintaining two masters in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning.
He is an experienced personal trainer of over 6 years highly dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and reach their fitness goals safely and effectively.
His coaching style focuses on proper movement, progressive training, and supporting clients at every stage of their journey.
Together, the Proven Fitness team is focused on creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to become the strongest version of themselves.
