When most people hear the word discipline, they think restriction.

They think:

  • no flexibility

  • no enjoyment

But in reality, discipline isn’t what limits you.

It’s what frees you.


The Misconception About Discipline

Most people avoid discipline because they associate it with pressure.

They believe:
“I don’t want to feel restricted.”
“I want to enjoy my life.”
“I don’t want to be tied to a routine.”

So instead, they rely on:

  • Motivation

  • Willpower

  • “Going with the flow”

And what happens?

They feel out of control:

  • Energy fluctuates

  • Weight goes up and down

  • Consistency disappears
